Every Monday Katie offers a class that is appropriate for Beginners and those seeking a Gentle Yoga experience.
 
The class begins with a gentle warm-up with a focus on breathing as well as mobilising your joints and muscles.
 
We then spend time exploring Yoga postures with precision, softness and fluidity before closing with a period of relaxation.
 
The class starts at 10.45 and finishes at 12
 
Attendance will benefit your body and assist your circulation, muscles, joints and flexibility. 
 
Mental benefits include increased concentration and  a sense of well being.
